Hey Michelle

I couldn't find a reply to on your post. I couldn't believe my eyes when you posted a picture of a Singer Red Eye machine on your introduction post to sewing machines. I own that machine! And it's in great condition to boot! I bought that machine along with its cabinet at a garage sale for $10.00 . I own several machines, two of which are industrial. The gentleman who keeps my shop humming along did a tuneup on my singer. Among my collection is a hand crank cast iron machine. I will post a picture when I get a chance.

The Red Eyes and the Feather Weights are really the only Singer sewing machines that sell for anything.

I have seen Red Eyes sell for over $1,000 on eBay of all places.... this means that if it is in good condition (decals) if could sell for quite a bit more.
