Hello Everyone. My name is Rob Campbell
I write Dumpdiggers which chronicles the adventures of low tech treasure hunters, and the sub culture of digging antique bottles and collectibles from forgotten heritage sites.

In 2008, I'm looking to develop a community of passionate antiques and collectibles bloggers for my blog roll... Strength in numbers you know - a mindshare if you will...
But I'm having trouble finding other blogs that are,
1) attractive and not crowded with ads
2) informative with original text
3) updated regularly

Can anyone on this site please help me find more sites - I will be checking regularly for updates and I must say that I quite like this domain and if the web master is reading this, thank you and congratulations on building such a fine, useful social networking presence.

RobC

Thanks for stopping by Rob and thank you too for the kind words on my website and all of its branches.

I have 2 different blogs that I try to maintain - http://www.mygrannysatticantiques.com/antiqueblog/ and http://mygrannysatticantiques.blogspot.com/

I will be posting more once I get my website redesign finished.

See you again soon,
Michelle

I'll be starting my UFO (Unidentified Family Objects) blog on Monday after a long break for the holidays.  I don't run ads since I've never made money on them.  My goal is to update it every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with whatever material I can find.  Long term goals also include bringing other authors on board so they can share their family treasures.

So let the social networking begin!

I have returned, one year later... How is everyone?

What a year! In that time I see this thread has been viewed 637 times, and that's not bad at all.

Last year I took Dumpdiggers.blogspot to the next level and opened Dumpdiggers.com

The software allows Photo Battles in the ARENA, so members can vote and have fun showing off their original pictures for shovel point rewards. They can spend these rewards on free classified ads and or free tables (up to 4 items each) in an Underground Show and Sale.

This was the best battle so far, with seven participants. Each member earns one shovel point for submitting the photo and one point for each vote the photo receives - which can add up quick!

Welcome back Rob, Grin

I got your message and as soon as things settle down here (getting moved to the new website and finish getting settled into my new antique shop) I will join you on your site.

Even though I have not done any dump digging in quite a few years I love seeing the finds of others.

I will check in on your site from time to time.
