It is so difficult to answer some of these questions without seeing a picture. This can give me an indication of time period if nothing else.

You simply click on "Additional Options" and use the browse button to locate the photo on your hard drive.
You can also post the photo on one of the free photo service.... photobucket, etc. and link to it.
