It is very easy to post photos. Just click on the "additional options" button below this box and you can browse your hard drive for the photo you want to post. Or if you already have one online you can post a link to it directly in this text box.
There are many free photo hosting services such as

http://www.flickr.com/,
http://imageshack.us/ and many others.
To link to an image you have online use this line of html <img scr="
http://www.what ever the URL is of the picture"> you can right click on the image, click on properties and that will give you the exact URL of your image.... that is what goes into the above html.
I do have a limit on the photo size so you might have to optimize your image in a photo program. Most computers have these loaded. You can post 3 pictures.
