Hi. I am new to the forum and would like help identifying an item I bought at an antique fair. It probably has some parts missing like the base stand. It has a crank on it with a spring like a garage door that returns the wooden frame in the center to the upward position. Thanks!

It looks like it might have something to do with printing.

Hopefully someone will come along with the exact answer.
