just want to know a date when it was made and maybe value there is no cracks or chips on the bottom of the plate says PARAGON by appointment FINE CHINA made in england REG and has in red markings G2793 H.  any info or any questions i will try my best to answer them

well i did some research last night and it is made in 1935

The photo of the mark is not clear enough for me to see. If you could redo the photo that would help a great deal.
