In an antique shop this would sell for $30-$45 USD and auction value is about 1/2 of that.

It looks like this one sold in 2008 for $10.50 and in 2007 a similar one sold for over $50.

That is the toss-up of selling in an auction environment. If you don't have 2 or more people bidding on the same item it will sell at a low price no matter what the fair market value of the item is.
