I am in possession of a 28" William Goebel Dutch doll in her original costume.  Any idea as to value?  It was appraised in 1984 at $600.

The resale price on Goebel vinyl dolls has dropped quite a bit. I would need to see a photo of the one you have in order to give you a resale price. Also, any marks that are on it would also help.
