Pair of Victorian Figurines

These figuries belonged originally to my granny so they might be dated 1900 -1920. They are 9 inches high and 3 inches diameter at the base. They have the number 2482 in the glaze near the base and what looks like 9C in gold on the inside bottom edge. They have no damage of any kind. Any information would be most welcome. Thank You.
