Eggshell china - European?

hoping someone can help identify this china. I was told it is European eggshell - tea set. I have 8 cups, saucers and sandwich plates.

The design is two flowers - light green and blue) and it is outlined in raised gold. There are no markings other than a stamped "66" on the bottom. 

Just curious what this pattern is an approximate value - curious and potential resale.
