I need help with the identification of the pottery mark found on a lovely little bowl shaped like a pink flower with a yellow center.  The mark on the bottom has the 'copy right' symbol followed by  TIC   USA.  Can someone please tell me the potter?   I have attached 2 photos.....the bowl measures apx. 5" dia,eter by 3" deep.....THX
