in this house that we are clearing out we have found a bushel basket (literally) of old school photos...once i get them all separated i am going to take them to the school and see if they would like to have a do you know who this is kinda thing...this is a very small town & everybody knows everybody so i thought it might be fun!

That is a great idea.

I purchased an entire folio of photos of the graduating class of a small school in Iowa (10 people) I was able to track down the school and they too are in a small rural area with most families having lived there forever. At the time of my call they were putting together a history of the school.

I charged them only my purchase price and shipping and they were thrilled. They later contacted me with the names of the people in the photos (I made copies for myself) and told me that every family was still living in the town. They said this was their first graduating class and the only one they did not have any photos of.
