I recently came across an embroidered fabric panel of girl, it has a girl with a milatary style cap with an old fashioned style blazer coat with a pleated skirt with a hand bag or satchel with a red cross on it.  The fabric panel has a stamp on it that states the following.  I am tryin to find the age and history of this doll.

No.  701  CUDDLE DOLL
       TRADE (then there is a cirlce with JB with a underscore and a K under the JB) then the work  Mark
