Knife and Fork set

I have a knife and fork carving set. They are in wooden sheaths that look like guns. India is on both pieces. They are wood and brass. Do you know anything about them?

Without a photo it is hard to say for sure but it sounds like you have items that were made for the tourist trade. These items are still being made therefore age is also difficult to determine.
