water marked paper

A friend of mine gifted me about 100 pages of "art paper" last night. I examined the paper and realized that there are four water markings of the Nebraska state capitol building. It's in the original packaging...just brown paper wrapping. It has a label stating the size of the paper bu does not say anything else really. The border on the label is fairly art deco esq.
The friend I got this paper from just moved into a house she bought from an older lady who moved into a nursing home. The paper was found in the craft room in the bottom of the closet covered by other stuff.
I don't know if it is worth anything but I thought I would ask before using it as paper for my graphic novel.

It could have been "official" state paper.. but if there is no letterhead I can't be sure unless they were blanks that had not had the letterhead put on them yet.
Souvenir paper is an option as well.
