My mother in law gave me this she's in her late 80's and said it's an antique. I could not find any name on it. It is ice blue with gold and white flowers and the stopper has plastic in it. I hope this picture shows up

The photo does not come up.

If it is large it could be a decanter for alcohol. The plastic on the stopper indicates that it is not an "antique." Antique and higher quality decanters have ground glass stoppers.
