I recently purchased a washboard at a flea market. I love wash boards, and would like any info about mine. The top is of a galvanized material, the front says soap saver on it. The printing on the back is not very legible. It says National Board Co.( I think), below that it says No. National 72 something. The next line is Pat. May 1901. It also says Chicago, Saginaw. The top part that says soap saver flaps open. Below that are the galvanized ribs for washing. It is in fairly good condition, but does show signs of use.
Any ideas?
Thanks
K
