APM Eagle mark looks very similar to a mark used by Konigszelt Porcelain Factory, Konigszelt, Silesia, Germany: Directory of European Porcelain ref pgs. 188 & 667

The APM mark is what I call a fake-a-fake; the German scammers formerly using the RPM mark (with exactly the same 'eagle') changed the first letter after finding that their long-functioning trick had blown and they needed a new mark. The same type of 'intelligence' can be found when looking at the infamous fake "crossed f's": at first the Asian manufacturers used the letter 'f' and when that became too known as fake they switched to a fancy 'R' (of course keeping the same "crossed f's".
