I have a pitcher that seems to be sevres or worcester,  but the only marks on the base are two small circles with numbers inside.  One circle is iron red with the number 13 inside.  The other is gold with the number 2 inside.  The numbers are the same color as the circles around them.  The gold circle is in the center of the base,  while the red circle is near the rim.  The pitcher is cobalt blue with gold gilt and a flower motif.  There is much crazing on the cream color.   It is 9 1/2High,  6 1/2Wide including it's gold handle.  With all the research I've done,  I still can't find a maker or century it was made.  I would appreciate any help.  Thank you
