I am noticing that a lot of the photos are linked to ebay photos or have the "ebay" watermark on the bottom. This makes me a tad curious...... so I have to say this
- Please do not use the photos of other people on this site in anyway or for any reason.
- If you are going to be selling items on ebay or any other forum please invest in some basic research books. You cannot provide an accurate description and quality detail if you are depending upon others to provide you with information you should and can find in the basic reference books.
- I have a fee for appraisals and it chaps my cheeks to know that I am giving someone else information they are then using to make $$ and also probably calling themselves "antique dealers".
- Be honest and upfront about why you want the information you are asking for if you are using ebay photos.
I will now step down from my soap box. This is just one of my main peeves and I am seeing a trend.
