Hello.

I have this mystery brass grinder here and have never seen anything like it.  I do not think it is a coffee grinder as the grinding cylendars are very smooth and close together.  Was it used to grind spices or seeds?  No maker's mark or other info available.  I've seen a similar grinder for sale on the web with a very similar base but a coffee grinder top.  It was identified as Swiss or Dutch 18th c.
