ID please

Can you tell me anything about this beautiful lady?
She stood out to me at an estate sale.
The family said that their parent's traveled all over
the world and would buy art items.
I bought a few items from the sale but this girl still
stumps me.
She is 14.5" tall and 5.5" across at her hands.
Thank you for any info.

Are there any marks on her. If the bottom is covered with felt you can lift the felt off and reglue it.

She has an Art Deco look but .... I have seen similar items reproduced.
