China Dinnerware

Hi I am new at this so here goes. I was cleaning up my father-in-laws apartment. I came across these old antique plates, bowls, etc... He told me to throw them out, instead I would like to keep them. He's 73 years old and says that they belongedd to his grandmother. On the back of each piece it says The EDWIN M. KNOWLES CHINA-CO. MADE IN U.S.A 36-10 They also have a picture of a ship in the water as a logo. Could anyone tell me if they have any information or where I can get information about these china pieces. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks. Rhonda

On my website I have information on the Edwin Knowles Co. and how to date their dinnerware. Just go to the Marks and History page on my website -
www.mygrannysatticantiques.com
To find the pattern name you can browse replacements.com
