This antique figurine has been in my family for 50+ years.  My mother passed away and I need to sell it as part of her estate and I don't recognize the mark nor the piece.  Can someone help steer me in the right direction to identify, give me an estimate of its value, and/or is willing to purchase it?  Thank you.

I didn't realize the image would be so small and difficult to read the mark.  It looks like JNIW (then it's blurry). The image below that is a red circle with what looks like a cup and saucer on its side.
