Mark on mustache cup

I purchased a left handed mustache cup. The rim and the handle are edged in gold. It is in peach, blue and yellow pastel colors with a floral pattern. The only mark is stamped on the bottm and reads JP1200. I was wondering what this mark signifies. Thanks, Becky
