SP mark on copper. Same mark a on one of the items being sold through this site.

There is a teapot right at the bottom of the page posted above,  which is "marked SP in a shield, EP Copper, Old English Reproduction, Made in Canada 180". I have a copper jug with the exact same "SP" mark shown in the picture, minus the stuff about reproduction. I don't know who made this jug and cannot find information on the mark. I'm looking to find the manufacturer of the jug, and I'm also wondering if the SP mark on the teapot being sold through this page is the mark of the company which made the reproduction, or if it's the mark of the original teapot manufacturer.
