I brought this piece in Mesa Arizona, at a shack called the Trading Post. It has a floral design on lid and around the bowl, and has gold around the rim and on handles.  I looked on the internet and found the eggshell pattern but not with the floral design. Would like to Know what this piece may be worth and what is dates back to, it is in mint condition with maybe a small chip on the bottom.  The words Eggshell and Georgian were printed on bottom.  I can take photos and put on line.

Thanks for the help. Smiley

Photos would be helpful.

One of the big problems with identifying HL is that many of the patterns did not have names and the same decal was used on many of the different shapes they produced.

The prices on this type of HL are not very high and any damage basically brings the price down to nothing.

Robbinsnest.com is a good source for pattern identification as is replacements.com if you want to browse and try to find your pattern.
