 Dear Amelia,

I'm really hoping someone out there can help me! I have some china from the W.H. Grindley Company and the only thing I have been able to figure out about it is that it is from 1914-1925. I can tell this by the water mark. As to the name of it, I have had no luck. I believe it may be called Bird of Paradise but have been unable to find any pictures of that pattern. The china that I have has a almost cornflower blue border of what sort of looks like little rows of cornflowers with a bird and branches and flowers interspersed along it. It also has gold trim. I don't have a picture to send at the moment (sorry!!) but will send one along when I do. In the mean time... any info would be greatly appreciated!

Without a photo I cannot provide any information. Browse through the patterns at replacements.com and see if you can find it there.
