steps on how to clean, wax and touch up bronze finish on spelter

I have spelter lamp and want to clean it, bring out the shine in the copper finish and then touch up in small places with copper finish. What are the steps to this project? Thank you much.

Spelter and also bronze are dull finishes I would not wax or touch them up. As for cleaning a damp cloth is all you need.
