Hi Amellia,

Do you have any idea what this figurine is, what it was used for and the retail value? The top of the hat has a tiny stopper of flowers which comes out of the head to reveal a small opening. We haven't poured any liquid into it to see if it takes any measurable amount. There are no cracks or chips but the paint is worn a bit but still shinning.

The bottom stamp is a capital JR as seen in the attached photo.
