I have this merry go round that may have once been a music box. It no longer goes around on it's own. Is it worth anything?

If it no longer works most of its value is gone. It is now purely a decorative piece and depending upon who made it would determine the value.

Just in looking at the photo I would place a price of $5 - $8 on it.

It could probably be repaired if this is something that you want to look into.
