Help identify this Pottery Stamp!!

I cannot find this mark any where! It is a bit blury on the important words. It is a shield with 3 crosses on top like a crown. split by a diagnal strip saying Hand Decorated. There is a B on the top half and W on the bottom half. Lettering that is smeared on the bottom inside line of shield. Then separately Hand Decorated in cursive below the shield. The stamp is all in Gold.
