heubach koppelsdorf

hi, please can someone tell me a little bit about the Heubach Koppelsdorf doll i have.
She has a wig, is showing her teeth, has porcelain head neck, shoulders, 1/2 porcelain arms and 1/2 porcelain legs. She has 'Heubach Kopplesdorf' 324-12 Germany stamped onto the back of her head and a scrawly type letter 'B'
on her shoulder plate is the 'B' again and 'england'
her head has a 360degree turn. She is immaculate condition with painted finger nails and is unmarked. Though i have noticed she has perfect little dimples on her right knuckles and creases at the joints of her fingers, but these are not visable on her left hand. She is soft bodied with no tears. She is about 16"tall
I would be interested to know anything about her please.
