Things have been so busy with the antique shop and all of the goings on here that I have not had an opportunity to do much of anything but work. Don’t get me wrong I am not complaining, when you love what you do it is never “work.”

We are getting more local artists selling their pieces through us which I find very exciting and hope to start having art shows soon.

Work is also underway on our “Little Darlings Victorian Dress-up Parlor” which will eventually include a tea room for the little ones as well as those who enjoy a real high tea experience. This is going to be such a fun addition to the shop I can’t wait to get it open. I hope to have it up and running around Sept.

My newly designed antique shop website is finally ready for me to begin putting inventory in…. YAHOO! It has been over a year that I have been working and waiting for a design that I could live with and it has finally happened. The first items listed will be items from the antique shop then I will move my old website inventory over. Deadline for this is within a month.

Our next parking lot sale is July 25 from 10 – 4, parking is across the street, the shop is at 9230 Pflumm Rd. in Old Town Lenexa. Please do not park in the flower shop parking lot or the lot across the fence, this is private parking and both shop owner’s give me grief over the parking issue.

As always we accept quality consignment items no matter the era and we have dealer space available for rent.
