I think big business has become very greedy.
- It is predicted that by next month, in Kansas, we will be paying over $4 a gallon for gas
- The Post Office has finally gouged the little guy right in the rear
Today I sent my first large order mailing since the Post Office price increase went into effect and it was awful. Fortunatly, I do have an account with DHL and so far they are not screwing us too badly. So from this point forward all orders I ship will go via DHL the exception might be the flat mailer envelopes but I might even start shipping those through DHL.
Advantages of shipping with DHL versus USPS – you get $100 insurance coverage; you know exactly where your package is at all times and where is was delivered and…… it cost about half of what USPS is currently charging.
I guess all in all the USPS rate hike was a good thing.
