Refund Policy:

You must contact me if you intend to return an item... if it was insured please do not send it back to me please take it to your local Post Office if it is damaged or broken.

Notify me of your intent to return an item within 3 days of receipt, refunds are not given unless we have misrepresented an item... not because you did not read the item description or have buyer's remorse. I am always happy to send photos and additional information on the items we sell so please ask questions if you have them.

I refund the purchase price less 20% restocking fee, shipping charges are not refunded. If it is an error on our part then we will refund all that you paid.

Items must be returned to me, packed well and insured. The item must be in the original condition it was sold to you in.

If the purchase is a gift please make sure that the person wants the item you are buying, I have had two recent and very bad experiences with items purchased from me as gifts for others and they HATED the gift. I will not issue a refund on gift items unless they were purchased in my store front antique shop and have the original receipt.

These situations put me in a very bad position and I won't even get into my feelings about how hateful some of these people are. I offer gift certificates and prefer that you buy one of these if you are unsure about the taste of someone you are buying a gift for.

Thank you for your understanding on this matter. It is one that I wish I did not have to address but circumstances have made it necessary.
